First stop on your amazing day tour? Taking a break for some refreshments at Nepean River, where Sydney meets the Blue Mountains. You'll get some drinks and snacks provided here before the tour makes its way to Kings Tableland or Evans Lookout, the absolute best spot to see the stunning wilderness of the Blue Mountains. Next up? An active bushwalk to Wentworth Falls, an amazing look out point.
The next destination is Leura, a picturesque village that's perfect to wander around. This tour doesn't include lunch, so you can decide for yourself what you like. Leura offers perfect choices for lunch to cater for everyone! After your delicious lunch it's time to head over to Katoomba and Katoomba Falls, before heading over to the iconic Three Sisters rock formation! At the Three Sisters you'll get to enjoy some Aboriginal legends. After this we'll be heading to the Scenic Railway. You can ride the world's steepest railway down to the floor of the canyon, enjoy some hiking and take the return trip with the Sceniscender (this is an optional extra, costing $35 for 3 rides).
On top of that you'll get to visit an Aboriginal site where you'll learn about rock engravings and the Dharugs, who are thought to have arrived in the Blue Mountains over 22,000 years ago! On the way back you'll be taken to Homebush Bay, home to the 2000 Olympic Games before experiencing the last leg of this tour, ànd the cherry on top: experiencing an amazing cruise up to the Sydney Harbour, relax on board while you cruise along the Parramatta River, all the way to Circular Quay, the final drop-off point of this amazing day tour!
